Day 1 – 8th June 2026 | Taj Bangalore, Kempegowda International Airport
Focus will be on understanding the Bengaluru Airport ecosystem through leadership perspectives, IFQM insights, and immersive learning visits to key landside facilities. Participants will experience global best practices in perishables logistics at CoolPort (India’s first on-airport, integrated Perishable Cargo Handling Centre), express cargo at DHL (BIAL’s largest express handling facility), aviation fuel management at Indian Oil Skytanking (IOSL), and large-scale food production at the massive 2.2 lakh sq. ft. SATS Central Kitchen, alongside peer and industry interactions.
Day 2 – 9th June 2026 | Taj Bangalore, Kempegowda International Airport
Participants will gain an in-depth view of operational excellence, safety, and customer experience through guided tours across Terminal 2 (Sustainability, Customer Journey Design, and Retail), Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), the Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC), and South Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting (SOUTH ARFF). The day highlights digital innovations, integrated command structures, emergency readiness, and sustainability initiatives, complemented by the QUAD Experience and leadership reflections.
